What we collect

• What you submit through our forms: your name, job title, email, phone number, dealership or marina details, ad spend and lead-generation information.
• Technical data about your visit: IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the ad click that brought you here (for example Google or Facebook click identifiers).

How we use it

We use what you submit to respond to your audit request and contact you about boat and marina lead generation. We use technical data to measure how our advertising performs and to improve it.

Who we share it with

• The Pointblank Marketing team, to review and follow up on your request.
• Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), to measure visits and form submissions from Google advertising.
• Facebook/Instagram (Meta), to measure visits and form submissions from Facebook and Instagram advertising — including a report of your form submission sent to Meta where permitted.

Advertising cookies and consent

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland do not receive advertising cookies or ad tracking from this site. Elsewhere, advertising measurement is on by default: ad clicks and impressions count whether or not you submit a form.

Your choices

• You can decline form submission at any time; submitting is voluntary.
• You can opt out of Google Analytics advertising features through your Google Ad Settings and of Facebook/Instagram ad measurement through your Meta ad preferences.
